Shipping Policy
Every Get Matisse piece ships directly from the maker who crafted it, within the United States. The exact options and charge for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.
United States
- Acacia wood serveware (trays, boards, plates, cake stands, wine racks): free Economy shipping on every order. Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days. Faster options may be offered at checkout.
- Bath and table textiles, teak serving sets and candles: carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout, typically $7–8 for ground service (3–5 business days), with 1–2 day options available at a higher rate.
Orders leave the maker within one business day. If your order includes pieces from more than one maker, it will arrive in separate shipments and the shipping charge for each is shown at checkout. These are transit estimates, not a promise of delivery by a particular date. For a date-sensitive order, contact us before purchasing.
International
Shipping is available to eligible destinations shown at checkout. Available carrier services include DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, FedEx and USPS. Rates and transit estimates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and service. Any duties or taxes shown at checkout depend on the selected service and destination; review the final order total before paying.
